Delivery receipts allow you to determine how many messages have been delivered successfully. They're passed back to your account by the carrier, and as a result there may be a small additional cost for each receipt.

Activating Delivery Receipts
1. In the menu, click on the icon, then select Numbers & Channels:
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Under the SMS heading, locate Always request delivery receipts, then toggle the switch to On:
When would I turn off delivery receipts?
Without delivery receipts, you'll be unable to track the delivery rates or effectiveness of your campaigns, so we don't recommend turning them off.
