This article explains how to activate and access Delivery Receipts (also referred to as Delivery Reports). Delivery receipts allow you to determine how many messages have been delivered successfully. They're passed back to your account by the carrier, and as a result there may be a small additional cost for each receipt.

Activating Delivery Receipts
1. In the menu, click on the icon, then select Numbers & Channels:
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Under the SMS heading, locate Always request delivery receipts, then toggle the switch to On:
When would I turn off delivery receipts?
You shouldn't.
Without delivery receipts, you'll be unable to track the delivery rates or effectiveness of your campaigns, so we don't recommend turning them off.
