MMS is a great way to convey visual information or add extra punch to your messages to improve engagement by using images, pdf files or even your contact card. It's important to note that sending MMS messages requires the feature to be enabled on your account and they are charged at a higher rate than a standard SMS message. Furthermore, while there is no charge for receiving MMS messages, your account must have a dedicated number associated with it to receive them.
Important: If you can't see the Attachment message (MMS) tab in the message builder, it means this feature isn't enabled on your account yet. To get this feature activated, you can submit a request with our support team.
MMS can't be sent from the mobile app, you need to be logged into the platform.
