Once you've connected the Sinch Power Automate connector, you may want to add MMS as an action to your workflows. When you add your first action or trigger from the Sinch connector, you'll be asked for your API credentials - be sure to store these somewhere safe until you're prompted to enter them.
Add the Send MMS Message action to a workflow
To use the Send MMS Message action, your account must have a valid messaging account with MMS enabled and a sender that supports MMS in target country.
- Log in and open Power Automate.
- From the left-side navigation, click on My flows.
- You can either create a New Flow or you can click on an existing workflow name and click on the pencil icon to edit.
- From within the flow, you can choose to add a trigger or choose where you want to add an action by clicking on the plus (+) icon.
- A pop-up screen will appear on the left. In the search box, type in "Sinch" and the Sinch connector will be listed as a premium connector.

Click on the Send MMS Message action.
- Configure the parameters in the Send MMS Message screen:
- Destination Number: Enter the recipient's mobile number in E.164 format.
- (Optional) Message: Compose a text body to accompany your MMS media.

Media Content: Add the media content to include in the MMS message.
Support base64 and use a publicly reachable media URLs (HTTPS) for attachments when using Send MMS.
Max size: 600k
Support files: JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP3, MP4
- Sender ID: Select a Sender ID from the drop-down menu. It must be an MMS-capable source number or shortcode (per account configuration).

Advanced parameters:
- Metadata: Add metadata key and metadata value if you would like to map metadata to your system.
- Once you've finished configuring your workflow, click on the Save icon. We recommend testing out your flow to make sure the SMS is sent and everything is set up properly.
