The Report history page helps show the status of Email Reports that are requested from other reporting pages in the Sinch MessageMedia platform. The Report history page can be accessed by all Admin and Advanced (standard) users (not available to Basic users).
Report history
The Report history page shows the current status of a report and if it’s ready to view. To access the Report history page:
- In the Sinch MessageMedia platform, click on Reports.
- Click on Report history.
You’ll see a table listing all of the Email Reports that have been requested for this account. The table shows the Report name, Report type, Message direction (sent/received), Requested by, Requested at, Completed at and status.
- (Optional) You can filter the table to only show reports that are from a certain time period or in a certain status (Running, Done or Failed). You can also search for reports by name.
(Optional) Each report in the table has an Action menu. Users can click this to download the report as CSV file. Admin users can also delete the reports that are no longer needed.
