Zoho have integrated Sinch MessageMedia into Zoho Bookings allowing users to setup appointment reminders and meeting notifications via SMS.
Connect Sinch MessageMedia
- From within Zoho Bookings, navigate to the Settings page.

From the Integrations section, click on Most Popular.

From the SMS section, find the MessageMedia integration tile and click on the Connect button.

In the pop-up, configure the integration:

Region: This will depend on the region you use to login.
- APAC: If you use https://hub.messagemedia.com to login
- EU: If you use https://app.sinch.com to login
- API key type: Unlike the Zoho CRM integration (which uses an HMAC API keys), the Zoho Bookings integration requires a Basic Auth API keys. If you don't have a set, you can create new API credentials in your Sinch MessageMedia/Engage account.
- Check the box for Mark Active to ensure the integration is ready to use.

Set up Reminders and Notifications
- From the left-side navigation in Zoho Bookings, click on the Consultations tab.
- Navigate to the consultation you're looking to enable notifications for.

Select the More Actions (⋯) icon and click Edit.

Click Notification Preferences and then click on SMS.
- Select the Notification or Reminder you're looking to configure.

Click on the More Actions (⋯) and enable the Notification or Reminder so it can be edited.
Set up SMS workflows for feedback and follow-ups

From the left-side navigation in Zoho Bookings, click on the Workflows tab and then click on the + Create Workflow button.

Select the workflow you would like to set up and configure as needed.
