You can start connecting Sinch MessageMedia app to WooCommerce from the Sinch MessageMedia - Integrations Page (if you have an existing Sinch MessageMedia account).

If you have an existing Sinch MessageMedia account, you can start the connection process between WooCommerce and Sinch platform via the integrations page in the Sinch MessageMedia platform. WooCommerce is set up via an API connection, which is a very simple process.
- Log in to the Sinch MessageMedia platform.
- From the left-side navigation bar, click on Extensions and then Integrations.
- Locate the WooCommerce tile and click Install.
- Follow the prompt and click the Continue button.
- Make sure to read the connection information and then click on the I agree button.

You'll need to provide your Store Domain, and API Key and Secret Key.
You can create an application password in Wordpress - the username will be the username of the user the 'Application Password' was created for.

You can create an Application Password against any new or existing Wordpress user. The chosen user will need to have the permission of Shop Manager or Administrator.

Once you have generated an Application Password, ensure to make note of the password generated as you can only view it once.

Application Passwords can be revoked at any time.

You'll then need to set up your contact sync between WooCommerce and Sinch MessageMedia.
- Click Connect.
