Customer Insights | How to install the Sinch SMS for Customer Insights app

You can install the Sinch SMS for Customer Insights app from Microsoft AppSource. 

To use SMS for Customer Insights, you must have a Power Automate Premium license. After installation, you'll need to configure the app, including Turning on Flows. Make sure that the Owner of these flows has the Power Automate Premium license.

To find and install the Sinch SMS for Customer Insights app from Microsoft AppSource:

1. Search for "Sinch SMS for Customer Insights".
2. Select the Sinch SMS for Customer Insights app from the list.

3. Click the Free trial button.

   

4. Login and confirm your details to continue.
5. You'll be redirected to the Power Platform admin center.

6. Once you're redirected, select an eligible environment from the drop-down box.

   

7. Review and check the Legal Terms and Privacy Statements.
8. To complete the installation, click the Install button.

9. The application will be downloaded in your Dynamics 365 environment.

   

10. You’ll now be able to access SMS for Customer Insights.
11. When you're ready, you can start configuring SMS for Customer Insights.
