For each new release of Mercury SMS, our delivery schedule is to make it available for manual upgrade from the AppExchange, followed by an automatic upgrade to Sandbox Orgs, followed by an automatic update to Production Orgs.

Template folders and folder permissions
- Organize and manage your message templates under customized folders.
- Group templates into folders like "Marketing" or "Customer Success" to keep everything organized and easily accessible.
- Search functionality - quickly find templates by typing in the search area rather than scrolling through all your templates.
- Merge field - have merged the object and field area into one searchable location for ease of use.
Simplified Message Feed
Based on customer feedback, we’ve improved the composer to reduce clutter and improve usability. The advanced options are now tucked neatly under an expandable header, keeping the interface clean and intuitive.
- Cleaner interface for easier tracking of message history.
- Error prevention by hiding the advanced settings like sender details under a heading, reducing the risk of accidental changes to critical details such as phone numbers.
- Access other options only when needed saving time.
Small tweaks and bug fixes
- Spanish translation now available.
- SMS for reports now recognizes “contains” filter (added to “start with”, and “does not contain”)
- Improved logging when running results in debug console.
- Ability to send outbound RCS messages for customers who have set up a RCS Agent Profile

I'm having trouble upgrading to 1.47
- Please make sure that you have changed your sharing setting on the object mercury_SMS_Template_C to Private, then upgrade.

New Features
European Language Support
- Localization Support for German and French, additional languages will be added in the future. Customers already using German and French in their Salesforce org will see the Mercury SMS pages updated in their language.
- More info on how to update this can be found in the Salesforce help article here. It’s as easy as updating your profile settings and going to Language and Time Zone to change the language.

Enhanced Message Feed

- Quickly identify who sent which message just by looking at the sender's initials next to the message bubble.
- Hover your mouse over the Sender ID to easily identify the account name and phone number the message was sent from.
- You now have the ability to schedule messages in the Message Feed, similar to Bulk SMS and Single SMS.

Small Tweaks & Bug Fixes
- There's now an alert in the Message Feed to indicate if the record has opted out.
- We've resolved the issue with phone number validation affecting some US numbers.
