If you've just installed an update or made adjustments to your Zoho CRM configuration and observe that the SMS for Zoho CRM extension isn't performing as expected, you may need to clear the app cache. Follow these steps for a personalized solution:
1. Go to the Zoho CRM modules at the top, find the Smooth Inbox and Bulk SMS module, and click on it.
2. Click on the gear icon at the top right-hand corner to open the Smooth Inbox settings.
3. Open the CRM USER SETTINGS tab and click the CLEAR APP CACHE button. The page should reload.
4. Once you've cleared the SMS for Zoho CRM cache, refresh all active Zoho CRM tabs and try again.
