It's super easy to start beta testing the Android version of the new app. 🙌
1. Click here or scan the QR code to download the Sinch MessageMedia app.
2. Open the app, then log in with your usual credentials and start messaging.

How to Install the mobile app (beta) for iPhone
It's super easy to start beta testing the iOS version of the new app. 🙌
1. Click here or scan the QR code below to download TestFlight (Apple's beta testing software).
2. Once you have downloaded TestFlight, click here or scan the next QR code below to download the Sinch MessageMedia app.
3. From within TestFlight, open the Sinch MessageMedia app, then log in with your usual credentials and start messaging.

FAQs
Who can access the app?
Any Sinch MessageMedia user except the following:
- Users with the role 'Basic' user
- Accounts with SSO set up for login
- Free trial accounts
- Suspended accounts
What iOS/Android versions are supported?
- iOS 15, 16
- Android 12,13
What devices is the mobile app compatible with?
Currently, just your smartphone. The mobile app isn't optimised for tablets, smartwatches and smart TVs, so using the app on those devices isn't actively supported.
Can new customers register for a free trial via the app?
No, the mobile app is intended only for current Sinch MessageMedia customers. Using a standard web browser, you can register for our free trial here.
Is it possible to upgrade plans from within the app?
No, to upgrade your account please contact our Support team.
Why aren't I getting push notifications when I receive a message?
If you didn't grant permission for notifications when you first installed the app, you’ll need to enable them manually in your device settings.
Android | Enable Notifications
To enable notifications on Android, navigate to Settings App Notifications
Search for Sinch MessageMedia and activate the toggle
Note - not all Android devices are the same, and your Settings menu may be slightly different. |
Once you've enabled notifications at the system level, you can then configure your notifications settings within the app by going to Settings Notifications.
iOS | Enable Notifications
To enable notifications on iOS, navigate to Settings Notifications
Search for Sinch MessageMedia and activate the toggle for Allow notifications.

What should I do if my application crashes?
First of all, make sure that you have iOS 15 or 16, or Android 12 or 13 on your device. Check the version of the application on the store and update it to the latest one. If the app still keeps crashing, please let us know by lodging a ticket here, or through the app by navigating to Settings Help

Will I be notified of incoming messages if I send from an integration, for example Salesforce or HubSpot?
Yes, the Sinch MessageMedia Inbox collects all messages, including replies to messages sent using integrations. So if, for example, you send an SMS campaign from HubSpot, you can manage all your campaign replies in the mobile app.
What other functionality is planned for the mobile app?
We're just getting started! In the future we plan to add templates, bulk campaign messaging, contact management, and much more. The best way to stay up-to-date with new features is to keep using the mobile app.
