MessageMedia Hub | New Inbox Functionality
You can now send MMS messages from the inbox, as well as schedule your messages. See those two little icons next to the Send button? The paperclip is for MMS, and the clock is for scheduling:

HubSpot | Contact Sync Enhancement
While the ability to sync your HubSpot contacts with the MessageMedia Hub isn't exactly a new thing, we've listened to your requests and you can now individually select exactly which contact lists you want to bring across to the Hub. Now you can simplify the contacts in your MessageMedia account by syncing just those you've segmented for SMS marketing. Head over to the updated Contact Sync article to learn more.
SMS for Zoho CRM | Inbox Enhancement
We've added a couple of features to the SMS for Zoho CRM inbox to make managing your conversations and contacts even easier:
1. Record Tags - the CRM record tags for the contact are now front and centre, right under the selected contact's name.
2. Business Card field - by toggling the arrow, you can quickly display the business card for the selected contact, as well as the ability to easily edit the information by clicking on the pen icon:
3. Inbox Search field - now you can search the inbox for conversations relating to specific contacts.

MessageMedia Hub | Team Inbox
Remember how in August we beefed-up the Inbox feature set? Well, we've beefed it up even more in September with the addition of team inbox features. This means that for eligible accounts (e.g. those on a Conversations plan or higher), it's now possible to assign conversations to users, as well as view conversation ownership history. There's also a team typing indicator so you can see if someone else is in the process of responding to a message so you don't accidentally double-up on your responses.

MessageMedia Hub | Emoji Panel
Did you know that people who use visuals like emojis in their messaging are 1.59 times more likely to say they have ‘great conversations’ than those who don’t?
So, to help you have great conversations with your customers, we've added an emoji selector to the inbox message composer. Be careful though, because apparently 🙂 may no longer mean what it used to...
Important - using emojis will convert your message to Unicode format, which has a different number of characters per message. |
MultiChannel Messaging | Early Access
We've been beavering away at an exciting solution that enables you to manage messages across multiple channels like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, through your MessageMedia inbox. Now, not that we're trying to tease you or anything, but it's not ready yet - so you'll have to wait a while longer before you can get your hands on it. That said, we're running an early access program for customers who want to help us with the testing. If that sounds like fun, you can sign up here.

With the latest acquisition of Smooth Messenger – one of the most feature-rich SMS integrations – Zoho CRM users can take customer messaging to the next level. As part of the integration, Smooth Messenger will be rebranded to SMS for Zoho CRM by MessageMedia. The Smooth Messenger team have joined MessageMedia, providing even greater expertise to its in-house research and development capabilities.
HubSpot | Contact Sync
This feature allows you to automate synchronisation between contact databases in your HubSpot and MessageMedia accounts, so the contact information in your MessageMedia account is always up to date with any changes being driven by HubSpot. It also means that any messages (both outbound and inbound) that are sent or received via the MessageMedia web portal will appear in the contact's timeline in HubSpot.
