When you upgrade to a paid account, the pre-verified TFN that's allocated for the trial is removed and you'll automatically be issued a new unverified TFN. Then you just need to follow the usual process to get it verified - this article can help you with that.
If you're after a 10DLC when you upgrade your account, your Account Manager can organise that for you, or you can submit a request with our support team.
Note - U.S. customers can only upgrade to a post-paid account, pre-paid accounts are not available.
