It’s likely that the mobile numbers of your entities in Dynamics don’t follow a set format. For this reason, we will try to match the number to the correct formatting. This is done through the following:
- If the number starts with a country code the app will use it, whether or not there is a + at the start of the number
- If the number has no country code, the app will check the Country field in the CRM and use that to assume the country code
- If the country is empty or has a spelling mistake, the SMS will use the country code of the ‘From’ number (for example, if messages are sent from +6141235467 then will assume Australia as the destination number)
- If the ‘From’ number has no country code, it will use the default country code that you set up in the SMS for Dynamics Configuration
