Dynamics | Why do I need the ‘SMS for Dynamics Service user’?

When this happens, the app is purely asking for access to the CDS. The reason for this is that it allows the SMS for Dynamics service user to create new records for Mobile Originated messages (ie. replies). Granting access will add a new user ‘SMS for Dynamics’ to your environment and can verify the role assigned (SMS for Dynamics Service) to the user and the permissions of the role. This user has been approved by Microsoft.
