To view message reporting, in the SMS for Dynamics app click SMS or Bulk SMS and then click Logs.
The Activity Status will show if the SMS has been sent (‘closed’ means the message has been sent).
The Status Reason will confirm if the SMS was delivered or not.
If you’d like to see your reports in an Excel spreadsheet, you can log into the MessageMedia Web Portal and export your message reports from there. Learn more about that here.
