The ability to reply to messages via email allows communication to be shared across a team of people with access to a central inbox. It also allows you to respond to messages on-the-go from your phone or tablet without needing to be logged in to Zoho CRM.
1. In Zoho CRM, click on the Settings cog icon in the top right:
2. In the Marketplace tile, click on All:
3. In the next screen click on the Installed tab, and under SMS for Zoho CRM click on Configure:
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Advanced Settings:
5. Scroll through the advanced settings and look for Allow replying to SMS via email so you can reply from your smartphone, then check the Yes please option:
6. Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
