Once you've enabled contact sync between your MessageMedia account and HubSpot, you can benefit from the feature when sending messages to HubSpot contact lists in the MessageMedia web portal. You will also have the ability to trigger a manual sync to make sure contact data is all up to date before you send your message.
Using Manual Sync
Once you've enabled contact sync, you'll notice in the New Message builder that there's a new box showing you the status of your contact synchronisation. Since the synchronisation happens automatically only every 24 hours, we've provided you with the ability to trigger a manual sync via the button below:

Notice also that when you synchronise your contacts with HubSpot, any contact lists that are pulled into your MessageMedia account from HubSpot will appear in your contact group list with the prefix "HUBSPOT":
