Before you can start sending MMS messages in HubSpot, there are a few things you need to prepare first:
1. Enabling HubSpot MMS
Log in to your MessageMedia account in the web portal and go to the Integrations page. There you will see the HubSpot integration item (which you should already have installed).
Click View/Modify integration:
In the resulting modal, check the box marked "Allow Hubspot to store MMS files (Required for MMS)":
You will then be asked to confirm and connect your accounts - follow the on-screen prompts to complete this step.
2. Enabling you Sender ID to send MMS
In the MessageMedia web portal, go to Settings and then Numbers & Channels.
You will need a dedicated number set up on your account first. If you have not got a dedicated number yet, read this article on how to set one up.
Once you have at least one dedicated number set up on your account, check the Sending Capabilities column. If the sending capability is set to SMS, then please contact support and ask for MMS capability to be enabled for your preferred dedicated number.

3. Saving Media in your HubSpot account
You will need to have images saved in your HubSpot account in order to be able to send MMS from workflow triggers.
In your HubSpot account, go to Marketing, then Files & templates, then Files:
Here you can upload files and/or create folders and sub-folders to help manage your file/image library:
NOTE: Images for MMS must be less than 410KB
If you click on the file item, you will see the details appear in a slide-out on the right hand side. This includes the image URL which you will need when sending MMS messages from workflows:
NOTE: you will need to ensure that each image is made public before it can be used in an MMS:
