‘Grant Account Login Access’ is a standard Salesforce feature which allows Salesforce users to give their Company Administrator, Salesforce Support and Managed Package Providers the ability to login as them without the need to access their personal login details. We recommend you grant login access to MessageMedia when you require support.
How to Grant Login Access
Depending on which User Interface you’re using, the steps to grant login access can vary. Please choose the most appropriate instructions below.
Lightning Experience
The top right-hand section of your screen will look like this:
To grant account login access, follow these steps:
1. Click Your Photo > Settings > My Personal Information > Grant Account Login Access
2. From here, select the Access Duration for MessageMedia and click the Save button. Note: We recommend providing a minimum of 3 days access.
3. Once you have done this, please email us to notify us that access has been granted along with your Salesforce Org ID.
Salesforce Classic – Original Setup User Interface
The top right-hand section of your screen will look like this:

1. Click Your Name > Setup > Personal Information > Grant Account Login Access
