Mercury SMS is licensed per user which means you'll need to assign licenses to users requiring access to the app. If you need to increase the number of Mercury SMS licenses, please submit a request to our support team.
| Note - You don't need to assign Mercury SMS licenses if you've installed the app in a Sandbox environment as the app provides a sitewide license to all users. |
Assigning Licenses
To assign installed package licenses, follow the instructions in this Salesforce article:
Once you've added your licenses, return to the Mercury SMS Setup & Configuration tab and continue to the next step to Assign Permission Sets and add Components.
