When sending messages that include URL links, it's possible to report on how many clicks there have been on that link, at individual recipient level.
Note: Reporting on URL clicks requires the "Short Trackable Links" feature to be turned on for your MessageMedia account. Short Trackable Links is a feature that automatically shortens any URL to just 22 characters, saving you valuable space in your SMS messages and helping you to keep costs down when sending web addresses in your messages. Once the Short Trackable links feature has been enabled on your MessageMedia account, you will be able to track link clicks from messages sent from your HubSpot workflows. To do this you need to ensure that you insert a Broadcast name into the Workflow reply ID field in the Send SMS action:
When you log in to associated the MessageMedia web portal account, go to Reports and then Broadcasts, where you will find a list of outbound broadcasts, from which you need to select the broadcast name you entered in the steps above:
If your campaign included trackable links, the "Page Visits" tab will show you how many unique visits to your page have occurred, along with which individual recipients did or did not visit your page:
