To uninstall the Sinch for Hubspot integration, you'll need to log in to your HubSpot account, as the uninstall process is managed via the HubSpot interface.
Users with Admin permissions can uninstall the Sinch for Hubspot integration in HubSpot. After disconnecting the integration in HubSpot, you'll remove the HubSpot integration package from your Sinch Sinch for Hubspot.
Please note: it's not recommended to uninstall and reinstall the Sinch for Hubspot integration to fix integration issues. If you're encountering integration issues, search the HubSpot and Sinch Knowledge Bases or attempt to troubleshoot the issue first. If you're still unable to resolve the errors or issues, contact HubSpot Support.
Note - During the disconnection process, it is important to first disconnect the integration from the Sinch web portal before proceeding to disconnect it from the HubSpot side. Following this specific order ensures a clean and proper disconnection without leaving any residual links or configurations between the two systems. |
Please follow below 2 step process to disconnect.
1. Disconnect the HubSpot integration from your Sinch account
In the Sinch web portal, go to the Integrations page and click on View/Modify integration in the HubSpot object:
In the pop-up window, click on Disconnect:
Then simply confirm your choice and you're done:
2. Disconnect the Sinch for Hubspot integration in HubSpot
- Once you have completed step 1 and disconnected from the Sinch web portal, go to your HubSpot account. Click the App Marketplace icon marketplace in the main navigation bar. Under Manage, select Connected apps
- Click Sinch for Hubspot.
- Select Uninstall from the menu on the right
- In the dialog box, review the data and settings that will and will not be removed
- Enter "uninstall" in the text field.
- Click Uninstall
