There are various recommended dashboards that will help you to track SMS activity in the Netsuite portal. The dashboard options can be found under MessageMedia SMS > MessageMedia SMS overview in Netsuite.
Follow the below instructions set up these dashboards:
Inbound SMS Dashboard:
- Create a Saved Search using the “Message” Record
- Add criteria for “Subject” is “MessageMedia Reply SMS”
- Save the Search
- Go to the “Home” dashboard
- Click “Personalize”
- Click “Custom Search”
- Click “Set up”
- Under “Search” type in the name of your new search title and click “Save”
Outbound SMS Dashboard:
- Create a Saved Search using the “Message” Record
- Add criteria for “Subject” is “MessageMedia SMS”
- Save the Search
- Go to the “Home” dashboard
- Click “Personalize”
- Click “Custom Search”
- Click “Set up”
- Under “Search” type in the name of your new search title and click “Save”
Inbound and Outbound Dashboard:
- Create a Saved Search using the “Message” Record
- Add criteria for “Subject” contains “MessageMedia”
- Save the Search
- Go to the “Home” dashboard
- Click “Personalize”
- Click “Custom Search”
- Click “Set up”
- Under “Search” type in the name of your new search title and click “Save”
Daily Inbound SMS Dashboard Count Trend Graph:
- Create a Saved Search using the “Message” Record
- Add criteria for “Subject” contains “MessageMedia Reply SMS”
- Go to the “Available Filters” tab and add “Date” and check “Show in filter region”
- Save the Search
- Go to the “Home” dashboard
- Click “Personalize”
- Click “Trend Graph”
- Click “Set up”
- In the “KPI” drop down, select “Custom KPI”
- In the “Default Trend Type” drop down, select the name of your new search title and click “Save”
Daily Outbound SMS Dashboard Count Trend Graph:
- Create a Saved Search using the “Message” Record
- Add criteria for “Subject” contains “MessageMedia SMS”
- Go to the “Available Filters” tab and add “Date” and check “Show in filter region”
- Save the Search
- Go to the “Home” dashboard
- Click “Personalize”
- Click “Trend Graph”
- Click “Set up”
- In the “KPI” drop down, select “Custom KPI”
- In the “Default Trend Type” drop down, select the name of your new search title and click “Save”
