Batch sends are stored as individual records and contain details like status, message content, the associated saved search, and more.
Viewing Batch Send Records
To view Batch send records, go to MessageMedia → Batch SMS → List Batch SMS:
Each batch record will appear in the list with details of the send. You can view associated messages and delivery information by viewing the individual batch record.
Batch Statuses
| STATUS | DEFINITION |
| Queued | Messages are scheduled to be sent |
| Started / Sending | Messages are sending |
| Finished / Recurring | Messages have completed sending OR the batch is recurring and scheduled to send at the next interval |
