1. Open the contact record and select the Information tab.
2. Then select the Messages subtab and the list will display all messages sent and received on this record, including conversation, batch SMS, and workflow initiated messages.
A) Message Number - sequential, with newest message at the top.
B) View - click here to view message in a pop-out window.
C) Date - the date and time the message was sent/received.
D) Author of the message.
E) Primary Recipient of the message.
F) Subject - refers to the type of the message, either MessageMedia SMS (outbound), or MessageMedia Reply SMS (Inbound).
G) Message Type - the current default label is "Email" however this will be amended to include "SMS" in future product updates.
H) Files - whether or not any attachments were included with the message.
I) Attachments - details of the attachments, if any.
J) Internal Only - whether or not the message is restricted to being able to be viewed only by internal employees.
K) Remove - click this to delete the message from the list.
