Please follow the below steps to configure the Conversational UI
- Go to Documents → Files → File Cabinet
From the File Cabinet page, go to SuiteApps on the left hand side column, then click underneath on com.mfouruau.mmsdfmbow → Bundle 12121 → Click Edit on index.html file (4)
- Copy the index.html's File ID in the URL bar - ie URL =18753
Paste the File ID into a notepad or Word document as you will need to use this number in one of the next steps.
Go to MessageMedia SMS > Preferences > MessageMedia Preferences
Edit the preferences record
Paste the copied index.html File ID into the HTML File ID field
Click Save to save the record
