We have created a new Help & Support section in the app so you don't have to leave the app to access support material
When you are in the MessageMedia: SMS Marketing app, click on "Help & Support" in the left-hand menu, and a new support page will appear:
Here you will find links to useful knowledge articles, user guides, contact information, and feature request functionality. You can track the progress of yours and others' requests by clicking through the stages (under consideration, in progress, released), and you also have the ability to vote on requests you like.
