If you're experiencing a problem with missing replies or delivery receipts, resetting your account's webhooks may resolve the issue.
1. Log into your MessageMedia account.
2. Go to Configuration Webhooks:
3. Delete the webhook in question by clicking on the ellipsis (three dots) on the right and selecting Delete.
4. Next, log into NetSuite.
5. Go to MessageMedia Preferences MessageMedia Webhook Config
6. Edit the webhook record in question.
7. Clear the Hub Webhook ID field and save the record.
8. In the Webhooks section of your MessageMedia account, verify a new webhook was created.
