If you're experiencing a problem with your current webhook, you can change the configuration in an effort to resolve the issue.
2. Go to Configuration Webhooks:
3. Delete the old Webhook for DRs by clicking on the ellipsis (three dots) on the right and selecting Delete.
4. Next, log into NetSuite.
5. Go to MessageMedia Preferences

6. Edit the DR Wehbhook Config.
