If you're experiencing a problem with your current web-hook, you can change the configuration in an effort to resolve the issue.
1. Login to Message Media web portal.
2. Go to Configuration > Webhooks
3. Delete the old Webhook for DRs by clicking on the three buttons on the right and selecting "Delete"
4. Login to Netsuite.
5. Go to MessageMedia > Preferences > MessageMedia Webhook Config
6. Edit the DR Wehbhook Config.
