The MessageMedia SuiteApp allows you to send SMS messages to customers directly from your NetSuite account. The app supports 1:1 conversational messaging, batch sending, and automated sending via workflows.
Once you've installed and configured the application, you'll notice some additional components that install with the app:
1. Conversations - located on the customer record screen, this will open the conversations pane where you can send and receive SMS messages.
2. MessageMedia Menu Option - located in the top navigation menu bar, this will unfurl additional options and functions as follows:
A) MessageMedia Overview - an app specific tab to customize with relevant portlets.
B) Batch SMS - send and SMS to multiple contacts, and view previous batch SMS messages.
C) Template - manage message templates.
D) Preferences - access the menu for API credentials, general preferences, and webhooks.
E) MessageMedia API Credentials - manage API credentials.
F) MessageMedia Preferences - manage general settings.
G) MessageMedia Webhook Config - manage webhooks.
