Before installing the SMS for NetSuite SuiteApp by Sinch MessageMedia, you must enable the SuiteFlex features listed below to ensure the installation is successful and all features are functional.
|Important - do not install the application before enabling the specified features or the installation could result in failure, requiring the app to be uninstalled and reinstalled.|
1. Go to the Setup Company Enable Features:
2. Select the SuiteCloud tab.
3. Under the SuiteBuilder heading, check the following boxes:

4. Under the SuiteScript heading, check the following boxes:
☑ Client Suitescript
☑ Server Suitescript
5. Under the SuiteFlow heading, check the following box:
6. Under the Manage Authentication heading, check the following box:
☑ Token-Based Authentication
7. Now select the CRM tab.
8. Under the Basic Features heading, check the following box:
☑ Customer Support and Service
9. Once done, click Save.
