If you're using the messaging Hub on a pre-paid basis, you'll need to top-up your balance from time to time in order to continue sending messages. You can also set alerts to notify you when your account reaches a certain level, as well as set up automated top-ups to prevent you from running out of credit.
Important - in order to manage top-ups for your pre-paid Hub account:

Setting an Automatic Top-up | Recommended
You can set up an automatic top-up so that you don’t get caught out by running out of credit when you need it most.
1. In the menu, click on Settings, then select Billing:
2. Select the Plan tab.
3. In the Subscription Details section, find where it says Automatic Top Up and click on Edit:
4. In the resulting modal, toggle the switch to activate the automatic top up, then set the balance amounts accordingly and click Save:
Quick Top Up
You can monitor your pre-paid account and Top up directly from the Dashboard widget in three easy steps.
1. In the widget, click on Top up:
2. Enter the amount of credits you'd like to add, and select your payment method.
3. Then click the Top up button, and you're good to go:
Setting a Balance Notification
You can set up an alert to notify you when your balance drops to a nominated amount.
1. In the menu, click on Settings, then select Billing:
2. Select the Plan tab.
3. In the Subscription Details section, find where it says Balance Notification and click on Edit:
4. In the resulting modal, toggle the switch to activate the notification, then enter the amount at which the balance notification is to be triggered and click Save:
5. Now when your balance drops to this amount, you'll receive an email to prompt you to top up.
View your Subscription Details & Top Up
1. In the menu, click on Settings, then select Billing:
2. Select the Plan tab.
3. In the Subscription Details section, click on the Top up button:
4. The first time you top up, you will need to add a payment method in the form of a credit or debit card. Enter the credit card details and click Add card:
5. Next, add the number of SMS credits you'd like to top up your account with.
6. If you just want to top up your account this once, click Top up:
