Socially aware sending is an account setting that restricts messages to only send within a specific time window, which you can customise. If you have this setting enabled and you schedule a message to send outside of the specific time window you have set, the message will be held until the start of the the next window.
Note - These times are relative to your Account Time Zone, not the location of each recipient (unless they are within the same time zone as that which you have set for your account). |
How to Enable Socially Aware Sending
1. In the menu, click on the Settings icon, then select Numbers > Settings > Socially aware sending, and click on the Edit icon.
2. Toggle the switch to On and set the start and end times of your sending window. Click Save and you're done.
