The default setting for the Email to SMS feature includes the subject line in a message, but you can easily deactivate this setting if you prefer.
Disable the Subject Line in E2S Messages
1. In the menu, click on the icon, then select Numbers & Channels.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. FInd where it says Email to SMS, and click on Update:
4. Next to the Settings heading, click on Edit:
5. Select the option for Exclude subject line from SMS content.
6. Now click OK to save your changes and you're done:
