If you're using the messaging Hub on a pre-paid basis, you'll need to top-up your balance from time to time in order to continue sending messages.
You can also set alerts to notify you when your account reaches a certain level, as well as set up automated top-ups to prevent you from running out of credit. Check out this article to learn more about managing your pre-paid account.

Quick Top Up
You can monitor your pre-paid account and Top up directly from the Dashboard widget in three easy steps.
1. In the widget, click on Top up:
2. Enter the amount of credits you'd like to add, and select your payment method.
3. Then click the Top up button, and you're good to go:
