If you're having issues with messages not sending or other parts of the app not behaving correctly, please check the Sinch - User Error Logs.
You can open the list of logs by searching Sinch User Error Logs in the global search
If there have been sending errors, you'll see entries here.
Each error log has an explanation of the cause and a suggestion for how to fix the problem. Where relevant, it also points out the specific record that caused the issue.
Currently we have added error logs for some of the most common reasons why message sending fails. We'll add more error log types in the future.
