When you install our Sinch SMS integration for Netsuite, our Suiteapp will add quite a few record types to your Netsuite instance. This article outlines what each record type is for and what types of users should have access to them.

Checking which roles have access to a record type
To know what role has permissions to a custom record:
- Edit/View the custom record.
- Click the Permissions tab
