In the mobile application, users can open the assignee and message status filters by clicking the top-left icon on the Inbox screen. Messages can be sorted by either the last message time or the last incoming message time. Additionally, users can toggle between open and closed chat lists.
To open the assignee filter and message status filter in the mobile application, click the top-left icon on the Inbox screen.
In the mobile application, you can choose how to sort the displayed messages—either by the last message time or by the last incoming message time.
- Last message time sorting orders chats based on the timestamp of the most recent message, whether sent or received.
- Last incoming message time sorting orders chats based on the timestamp of the last received message (similar to the web Hub version).
In the mobile application, you can switch between open and closed chat lists using the toggle shown below.
