Ecommerce customers have the ability to configure how ROI Attribution is calculated by providing the ability to configure the timeframes for both Abandoned Cart and Campaign Reporting.
Previously all ROI reporting was defaulted to a 72 hour attribution range. We now provide you with the ability to configure this from the 'Attribution' tab within 'Settings'.
Each Attribution time range will provide you the ability to set a time between 24 hours, and 96 hours. We also will provide suggestions based on your input - e.g. too low, or too high.
When saving any changes to the attribution settings, we will also ask you to confirm the changes. The reason for this is due to the fact that, similar to changing your messaging costs, this change will impact your reporting numbers.
Campaign Statistics will also now provide an indication of how long a campaign has remaining before the attribution time frame is completed - this is indicated by the Completed status, or a countdown timer.
