Workato is an enterprise automation platform (iPaaS) that allows businesses to integrate applications, automate workflows, and streamline operations with minimal coding.
Setting Up a Connection
To connect to Sinch Engage with Workato, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Projects in your Workato account > New connection > Connect to Sinch SMS & MMS
2. Provide a Connection Name
Choose a name that clearly identifies which Sinch Engage instance Workato is connecting to.
3. Choose or Create a Project
Select an existing project or create a new one to organize your automation workflows.
4. Retrieve your API Keys:
- Log in to Sinch Engage.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Locate the API Keys section.
5. Enter API Credentials in Workato
- Copy the API Key and Secret.
- Enter these credentials in Workato to establish the connection.
Important - Only Admin users can generate API Keys and Secrets in Sinch Engage. For detailed instructions on generating API Keys, refer to this guide. |
