- We've made some behind-the-scenes improvements so the app runs more smoothly and remembers your actions better. This means a smoother, more reliable experience — your preferences, actions, and progress will now stay consistent across the app.
- Resolved an issue relating to the search bar field within the inbox.
- Resolved a Deals Workflow issue where the to Number field selection would not save.
- Improved number formatting for Deal records by automatically removing invalid letters from phone number fields.
- Resolved a caching issue with Custom module fields not syncing correctly with the Sinch SMS for Zoho extension.

Support Ticket Change
To help route support and account queries correctly we have updated the support request to a form so it can be efficiently handled by the correct team. When selecting Submit a Support ticket, this will load the form to choose between Technical Support for the Support team or Account Management for Billing/Accounts management team.
