Understanding your Invoice

Invoices will always show:

• A Monthly Access Fee in advance for next month
• Usage for the previous month
• A Messaging Included Value credit applied against the usage

If you're on a Bundle Plan you will see:

• A Monthly Access Fee in advance for next month
• Usage if you have gone over the included bundle limits

If you are on a PAYG Plan you will only see a line item for usage. 

Any other products such as MMS, MLP, Dedicated Number and surcharges will show as an additional line items on your invoice.
