How can you receive notifications via Zoho Cliq? Just follow the steps below.
Here's how to find the advanced settings page:
1. In the menu ribbon at the top, click the Settings cog icon.
2. Locate the Marketplace tile and click on All:
3. In the next screen, click on the Installed tab.
4. Then locate SMS for Zoho CRM and click on Details:
5. Click Authorize:
6. Then, the window will pop up asking for approval, click Accept:
7. Click Finish:
8. Click Settings to open the settings page:
9. Scroll down to Advanced Settings, find Send Notifications to Zoho Cliq, click Yes please, and Save.
10. Click here to install and get notified by the Smooth Bot:
11. When the Extension is successfully installed, click Take me to Cliq:
12. Click on your user icon at the top right-hand corner:
13. Click on Bots & Tools:
14. Click the Smooth Bot to configure it and grant permissions:
15. Click on View All Connections:
16. Click Connect:
17. Click Accept to grant the necessary permissions to manage conversations:
18. You will now be able to get notified of inbound SMS and reply via Zoho Cliq.
