The Sinch MessageMedia Hub offers a streamlined approach to contact management through its automated integration with Mailjet. This one-way syncing ensures your Hub contacts are consistently updated with the latest information from your Mailjet contacts.
Upon initial connection, names and phone numbers are automatically retrieved and designated with a “MAILJET” tag for clear differentiation. This process operates continuously, refreshing your Hub data every 24 hours to reflect any changes made within your Mailjet contacts or lists.

A) Confirmation notification - this option syncs your selected contacts across as subscribed by default and will send the following confirmation message to alert each contact and provide an opt-out option:

Manually Trigger Contact Sync
How to manually trigger Contact Sync
Because automatic contact sync only occurs every 24 hours, on occasion you may need to manually trigger contact sync with Mailjet. This might be because you want to send an SMS campaign using contact information that was updated in Mailjet after the most recent sync with the Sinch MessageMedia Hub.
In the spirit of keeping things super simple, there are two different locations where you can see your sync status and trigger a manual sync;
1. In the Campaign builder:
2. In Contacts & groups:
Whenever you trigger a manual sync, you'll get an alert:
You can only trigger one manual sync at a time, so once you click on Okay, continue with Manual Syncing, it'll become unavailable until the manual sync has finished.
