Setting up SMS Dashboards in Netsuite

There are various recommended dashboards that will help you to track SMS activity in the Netsuite portal.



Follow the below instructions set up these dashboards:

Inbound SMS Dashboard: 

  1. Create a Saved Search using the “Message” Record
  2. Add criteria for “Subject” is “MessageMedia Reply SMS”
  3. Save the Search
  4. Go to the “Home” dashboard
  5. Click “Personalize”
  6. Click “Custom Search”
  7. Click “Set up” 
  8. Under “Search” type in the name of your new search title and click “Save”

Outbound SMS Dashboard: 

  1. Create a Saved Search using the “Message” Record
  2. Add criteria for “Subject” is “MessageMedia SMS”
  3. Save the Search
  4. Go to the “Home” dashboard
  5. Click “Personalize”
  6. Click “Custom Search”
  7. Click “Set up” 
  8. Under “Search” type in the name of your new search title and click “Save”

Inbound and Outbound Dashboard: 

  1. Create a Saved Search using the “Message” Record
  2. Add criteria for “Subject” contains “MessageMedia”
  3. Save the Search
  4. Go to the “Home” dashboard
  5. Click “Personalize”
  6. Click “Custom Search”
  7. Click “Set up” 
  8. Under “Search” type in the name of your new search title and click “Save”

Daily Inbound SMS Dashboard Count Trend Graph: 

  1. Create a Saved Search using the “Message” Record
  2. Add criteria for “Subject” contains “MessageMedia Reply SMS”
  3. Go to the “Available Filters” tab and add “Date” and check “Show in filter region”
  4. Save the Search
  5. Go to the “Home” dashboard
  6. Click “Personalize”
  7. Click “Trend Graph”
  8. Click “Set up” 
  9. In the “KPI” drop down, select “Custom KPI”
  10. In the “Default Trend Type” drop down, select the name of your new search title and click “Save”

Daily Outbound SMS Dashboard Count Trend Graph: 

  1. Create a Saved Search using the “Message” Record
  2. Add criteria for “Subject” contains “MessageMedia SMS”
  3. Go to the “Available Filters” tab and add “Date” and check “Show in filter region”
  4. Save the Search
  5. Go to the “Home” dashboard
  6. Click “Personalize”
  7. Click “Trend Graph”
  8. Click “Set up” 
  9. In the “KPI” drop down, select “Custom KPI”
  10. In the “Default Trend Type” drop down, select the name of your new search title and click “Save”
