Conversational UI

The Conversational UI allows you to manage real-time conversations with the primary customer contact through a familiar interface, similar to a mobile messaging interface. 

To access the feature, click on "Conversational UI" in the customer screen:

The Conversational UI will then open in a separate window:

  1. Outbound messages will appear on the right in blue
  2. Inbound replies will appear on the left in white
  3. Write replies in the message field
  4. Click the send button to send your messages
  5. Each message has a sender name, time stamp and status
  6. The last received message details are highlighted here for quick reference
  7. Your outbound signature (which will apply to every message) is shown here. To edit this, change the footer of your messages in the configuration window
